Unleash your inner luthier and build a fully playable instrument from scratch with The Plank: 2x4 Lap Steel Guitar Kit. Masterfully conceptualized and packaged by veteran touring musician and artisan instrument builder James "Jimmy James" Daugherty, this comprehensive kit includes the specialized components you need to transform a humble piece of American lumber into a screaming, soul-stirring lap steel slide guitar.
Perfect for DIY hobbyists, musicians looking for a unique weekend project, or anyone wanting a deeply personal connection to their music, The Plank strips instrument building down to its raw, authentic essentials.
Product Features & Kit Components:
- The Ultimate Weekend Project: Designed with simplicity and raw acoustic grit in mind. This kit bridges the gap between classic folk art and modern playability.
